Amazing rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city and surrounding landmarks. Conveniently located near the ferry port, making it easy to explore both sides of the city. - Friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to assist guests.
The menu options were limited and not very diverse. The rooms lacked proper heating, making them uncomfortably cold during the night.

The garden area was beautiful and provided a peaceful retreat from the busy surroundings. the breakfast and dinner were delicious, and it was nice to have them included in our stay. the hotel's location was great as it was close to many attractions, making it easy to get around.
The rooms lacked some basic amenities such as hooks to hang clothes and towels. the Wi-Fi connectivity was not reliable, and the nearby mosque woke us up early in the morning.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel in Luxor. The hotel's garden was a real treat for me. Sitting there with a special wall switch that turned on the babbling fountains at will and seeing the native plants and greenery was a relaxing experience. The location was perfect, as I could easily access the ferry to visit other restaurants in the neighborhood. Breakfast was well-prepared and the staff were friendly.
Can't fault the property in any way.

During my stay in Luxor for Christmas, I had a lovely experience at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided us with great assistance for our tours and made us feel at home. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the breakfast which had a good variety of items. The location of the hotel was ideal, being within walking distance to the Corniche and providing easy access to the river ferry. the beautiful garden was a great place to relax and enjoy the tranquillity.
My stay was mostly pleasant, but I did have a couple of negative experiences. The rooms were slightly cold during the winter months and could benefit from having individual heaters.
